We recommend one heaped teaspoon per cup.
Use a strainer, or reusable teabag unless you are going to read your tea leaves afterwards!
Carefully pour your hot water onto the tea and leave to steep for 6 - 8 minutes or to taste.
This tea can be prepared then chilled and served as iced tea, or by using cold brew method.
